		<description>I&#039;m excited to attend the January UnConference on going beyond the choir. I&#039;m looking at how to integrate sustainable business practices in an office of 40-50 real estate brokers. We have a great group of people, but I see areas where we could make great strides. I&#039;m anxious to gather some tools for sharing my ideas and skills in that environment.</description>
